My Home Services (formerly MY HOME SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED)

1. Booking & Consultation

1.1 Free Consultation: Includes site visit, layout discussion, 3D design insights, preliminary material selection, and

estimation.

1.2 Booking Advance: 10% of project value to confirm project.

1.3 Design Lock Payment: 20% of project value to initiate execution-ready design and drawings.

Notes:

• Any additional work or scope changes are billed separately.

• Timely payment is essential for project continuity.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Special Notes:

• Custom items (non-catalog) are non-refundable once ordered.

• Cancellation of custom work incurs full cost as quoted.

• Refunds processed only to original payer’s bank account.

• Project is locked for production after 3rd installment.

4. Scope of Services

4.1 Included Services: Design & execution, modular furniture, civil works, false ceiling, lighting, painting,

wallpapers, installation, and cleanup.

4.2 Excluded Services: Loose furniture, appliances (unless explicitly included), structural changes outside approved

scope.

4.3 Custom On-site Carpentry: If included, covered under 10-year warranty.

5. Custom Work Terms & Conditions

5.1 Definition: Non-standard furniture, special materials, branded product installation, site modifications, or

civil/electrical adjustments outside catalog.

5.2 Execution: Custom work executed only through My Home Services-approved vendors. Direct client-vendor coordination

prohibited.

5.3 Design Lock: No major changes accepted after 3rd installment.

5.4 Price Variation: Up to 20% variation before 3rd installment. Price frozen thereafter.

5.5 Warranty: 1-year on all custom work unless otherwise specified.

5.6 Timeline: No delivery guarantee for custom work; estimated handover dates are indicative.

6. Warranty Policy

6.1 On-site Carpentry: 10-year warranty (if included in project).

6.2 Modular Furniture (ply-based): 10 years for material & manufacturing defects.

6.3 Hardware: 3 years if agreed for the project – covers manufacturing defects (Blum, Hafele, Hettich, Ebco, etc.).

6.4 Accessories: 3 years if agreed – covers brand-specific defects.

6.5 Edge Banding: 10 years – peeling or delamination under normal usage.

6.6 Electrical & Appliances: Brand-specific warranty only.

6.7 False Ceiling & Painting: 1-year warranty on My Home Services-executed installations.

6.8 Custom Work: 1-year warranty for labor and installation.

Exclusions:

• Wear & tear, misuse, negligence, structural leaks, pest damage, natural disasters, or third-party

interventions.

• Warranty is not transferable unless explicitly stated.

• BWP/BWR/Commercial Ply: Action Tesa, Greenply, Century, My Home Services Signature Ply

• MDF/HDF/HydroGuard: Rushil Decor, Green Panelmax, My Home Services HydroGuard

• Particle Board: Action Tesa, Merino PB

Laminates & Finishes: Merino, Greenlam, Stylam, Signature, Airolam

Edge Bands: Rehau, E3, FirmEdge, SquareOne

Hardware & Accessories:

• Hinges & Channels: Blum, Hettich, Hafele, Ebco, Tyrox

• Modular Accessories: Godrej Interio, Everyday, Future, Hettich

Paints & Coatings: Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, Nippon

Appliances & Fixtures: Elica, Faber, Glen, Kaff, Philips, Wipro, Trix, Havells, Jaquar, Hindware, Kohler (if selected)

Furniture & Soft Furnishing: Amazon, Flipkart, Urban Ladder, Fabindia, Mastercraft, HL Junior

Mattresses: Duroflex, Wakefit, Sleepwell, Restolex

Wallpapers: Marshalls, Excel, Arte Deco, Idecor

8. Cleaning & Handover Policy

8.1 Included Cleaning: Sweeping, dusting, removal of pencil marks and protective films, wiping modular surfaces.

8.2 Excluded Cleaning: Deep cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, polishing, chemical treatment, bathroom/kitchen tile

cleaning unrelated to installation.

• Third-party post-construction cleaning recommended for deep cleaning.

9. Material Movement & Unloading Charges

• Staircase unloading: 3rd floor & above ₹5,000; 9th floor & above additional ₹1,000 per floor.

• Charges apply per instance (delivery, rework, or movement).

10. Customer Conduct & Site Etiquette

10.1 Client Responsibilities:

• Treat My Home Services staff with respect & professionalism.

• Provide legal, safe, and accessible site.

• Maintain communication via official channels.

10.2 Reporting Staff Misconduct:

• Report within 48 hours to compliance@myhomeservices.in

• My Home Services may pause services in case of harassment or non-compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

• My Home Services not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

• Force majeure events exempt from liability.

• Total liability capped at defective product/component value.
