Exterior surfaces are inspected and prepared by addressing issues such as dust, loose paint, cracks and other surface defects before applying the appropriate primer and exterior paint system.

The appropriate exterior paint depends on the building surface and exposure to sunlight, rain and moisture. Our team can recommend a suitable exterior paint system based on the property's condition.

Crack treatment can be included depending on the type and extent of the cracks and the agreed scope of work. The surface is assessed during the site inspection.

The duration depends on the size and height of the property, surface preparation requirements, weather conditions and selected paint system. We provide an estimated schedule before starting the work.
