  All services are subject to specific quotations and Works Contracts. Any information displayed on the Platform shall be
  considered an invitation to offer and not a binding contract until formally accepted.

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms, inquiries, or booking consultations.
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on the Platform—logos, images, text, graphics, designs, videos, and software—is the exclusive property of Elite Home

6. Project Execution & Timelines

• While we strive to adhere to agreed timelines, execution may be impacted by site readiness, changes requested by the client, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
• Revised timelines, if any, will be communicated in good faith.

7. Warranty & Support

• Modular and custom works may carry warranties as specified in your Works Contract.
• Warranty coverage is limited to workmanship and materials and excludes misuse, wear-and-tear, and modifications by third parties.
• Post-warranty services will be chargeable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• My Home Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profit, goodwill, data, etc.).
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific project in dispute.

9. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Home Services, its employees, contractors, and affiliates against any losses, claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of law.

10. Modification of Terms

• We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such change

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. Failing resolution within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
